IPM is to identify the pest. The effectiveness of both proactive and reactive pest management measures depend on correct identification.

Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

No.

How are pest problems identified?

Grubs. If pests are really causing a problem/monitored we'll pull up to one square foot section and if there are 6 to 8 grubs we will treat it.

We use only organic pesticides.

Aza Karans with neem oil, garlic repel spray, Wipeout (gingilli oil) and milky spore
