What is your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?

Fully understanding plants, soil and all the life cycles of pests that play vital roles in our natural systems such that we seek not to control but, instead, to complement or assist the natural power and ability of nature to produce a balanced and healthy environment.


Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

No. Management is only performed when all other natural, organic or biologically implemented actions fail or require assistance to succeed.


How are pest problems identified?

We perform regular scouting and monitoring services where consumers will hire our expertise. We have people trained in these fields. 85%-90% of our customers (service division) hire our scouting & monitoring services.


What practices do you use to prevent and/or control pests?

Cultural, natural, organic and biological practices are used in pest management. Synthetic chemicals are also used in an emergency and only with the customer's approval.

Beneficial insects releases, soil mycorhizae, soil innoculants, Bacillus thuringiensis (Dipel) etc are used as controls.
