We are an environmentally responsible company with guaranteed results. We respect our health and your health. Virtually all structural and lawn pests can be effectively controlled with natural products and systems that do not pose any human health or environmental dangers or pollution. In my 23+ years of experience, I've yet to encounter an insect pest that cannot be effectively eliminated/controlled with natural, poison free, non-hazardous, environmentally sound products and methods, which actually work far better and last much longer than the toxic pesticides. Whether it's ants, roaches, termites, fleas/ticks, lawn pests, mold/mildew, dust mites, mosquitos and other blood feeding, flying pests, we have guaranteed the cure. We also sell products worldwide. Our service area includes Miami/Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

What is your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?

Use of common sense and products that pose no threat to human or environmental health. A combination of structural and sanitation improvements, if required. Plus, use of Borate powders for internal structural voids and strategic areas. Borate laced baits for exterior perimeters. beneficial nematodes for lawns. We also make recommendations regarding exclusion and deterrence of pests such as landscape modification, keeping trees/plants trimmed back, sealing holes/openings that lead into the structure, proper sanitation practices and elimination of attractants such as pet food left out, open or improperly sealed garbage bins and removal of clutter/potential harborages.

Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

We normally offer an intensive, comprehensive annual treatment and will return at no additional charge to retreat as needed during the one year warranty period. Commercial food establishments are serviced quarterly and beneficial nematodes, (for lawn pests/fleas) are applied twice per year.

How are pest problems identified?

Pests are identified through the use of sticky traps placed in strategic locations. If our field manuals or we cannot identify the pests, we send them to the county extension office entomologist.

What practices do you use to prevent and/or control pests?

Borate based (1-5% active ingredients) baits, Borate wood treatments for termites, beneficial nematodes for lawns/fleas, Heatwave Thermal system for termites, diatomaceous earth for ticks/lawn pests/fleas, orange oil and tree oils.

Do you use biological controls?

Beneficial nematodes and Nolo Bait (Nosema Locustae) for grasshoppers.

Do you use borates?

We use Borates EXTENSIVELY! For ants, roaches, silverfish, termites and for termite prevention and wood preservation for new construction.

Do you use synthetic chemicals?

Some of our our baits (i.e. carpenter ant) have insect growth regulators.

What are the top 10 pesticides you use/sell/recommend?

Borate based products, beneficial nematodes, diatomaceous earth, non-toxic mosquito control machines that can literally wipe out entire generations of mosquitoes without poisons or electricicty.

If pesticides are used, how much are used per year of each?

We use large amounts of Borate products, which are placed in areas inside the structure that are inaccessible to children or pets. Borate baits are sealed in containersfor exterior use.

Does your company perform habitat modification?

We make written recommendations as to what type of modifications are needed (I.e trimming back trees/plants, replacement of mulch with small stones or repairing holes/sealing).

Do you use any physical or mechanical controls?

We use mechanical traps for rodents and mosquito control (blood feeding insect control machine).

What type of fertilizers do you use/sell/recommend?

Organic fish emulsions and other natural products we obtain from HydroGardens who supplies organic farmers.

What do you usually use/sell/recommend for addressing:
