FIFRA Scientific Advisory Panel to Meet to Discuss N-Methyl Carbamate Cumulative Risk Assessment Issues

On January 6, 2005, EPA published a Federal Register notice announcing a meeting of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act Scientific Advisory Panel (FIFRA SAP) to consider issues associated with the N-methyl carbamate risk assessment. On February 15-16, 2005, the FIFRA SAP will review issues relating to hazard assessment and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling. On February 17-18, 2005, the FIFRA SAP will review ground water models and drinking water exposure assessment and the integration of hazard and exposure information.

Both meetings are open to the public and will be held at the Holiday Inn, Reagan National Airport, 2650 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. The telephone number for the Holiday Inn, Reagan National Airport is (703) 684-7200.

The public may submit oral or written comments. Further information about providing public comments is available in the Federal Register notice announcing the meeting.
